You will get the charger with you, if you take bikes for more than one day. But you can bring them to the shop for charging, as well.
Bikes must be IN a safe house over night.
All bikes are unisex, except E-MTB

We change seats as often as you say it fits.

You will get a bag including: locks, pump, tubes, repairkit, phonnumber. In Case of Problems: You find an Emergency Phonenumber in the bags, panniers we give to you. Please call…….No Call, no Help.
If you book, its binding! We confirm every order. No Confirmation means no Order.
We like to do a copy of a passport or drivers license.
Parking is free, near the shop.

You can return till 1800, You just lock outside and put the key and the displays into the letterbox please. NOT LATER! We charge € 60,- for every commenced hour of waiting.
